Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups strawberries, frozen or fresh
- 1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Original Rice Protein
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds or flaxseed meal
- 1/2-1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender, starting with the coconut milk, and blend until smooth and creamy.
