Ingredients
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tbsp tahini
- cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste
- pinch of cardamom
- 2 bananas fresh or frozen
- Your choice plant based milk to blend (pour slowly in the blender until it is blending smoothly)**
**note the nutrients per serving in your choice milk as will will slightly change the below nutrition facts
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a good blender or food processor
- Top with blueberries, a handful of sesame seeds and I threw on another 1/2 tbsp tahini
