Makes 1 serving
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1 cup flax milk (or allergy friendly milk of choice)
- 1 cup ice
- 1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Rice Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (recipe here)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and slurp away!
