Pumpkin Banana Protein SmoothieIngredients:

  • 1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Pea Protein
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 c pumpkin
  • Handful of Ice
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk (or your choice milk)
  • 1 spoonful of nut (or seed) butter of choice
  • Cinnamon + Nutmeg + Splash of vanilla

Approximately (made with 1 tbsp almond butter): 19g protein/ 19g sugar/ 37g carb/ 8g fat/ 8g fiber/ 280 calories
