IngredientsProtein Powered Guacamole & Chips

  • Half of a hass avocado
  • 1 tbsp. Original Rice Protein (6 grams of protein!)
  • 1-2 tbsp lime or lemon juice (I used lemon)
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped onion
  • Few sprigs of cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ jalapeno chopped (optional)


Mash the avocado and add in the rice protein. Mix thoroughly. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix again until combined. Serve with chips, on toast, in your vegan burrito—the choice is yours!
