strawberry kiwi kale smoothieThis recipe is vegan, soy-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free

Makes 2 servings


  • 2-3 medium to small green kiwis
  • 2 cups raw baby kale
  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup your choice milk (I used coconut unsweetened)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 scoops Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 5-10 ice cubes (optional, if you want a thicker smoothie)


Place all ingredients (except protein powder) into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add protein powder and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with your choice toppings 🙂
