Project Description


  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop Growing Naturals original pea protein
  • dash of ground mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 of 1 small hass avocado
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (or your choice veggies)


Combine 4 egg whites with pea protein, mustard, salt and pepper. (Adding the pea protein to the whites helps to make the cooked eggs more pancake like.)

Cook “omelet” then cut in half and make sandwich using the omelet halves,  sundried tomatoes and avocado.
