- ½ cup quick or rolled oats
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 1 tsp ground espresso or espresso powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals chocolate brown rice or pea protein powder
- In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, prepare your oats by coming oats, sea salt and milk of choice until oats are fully cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Add the cocoa powder and espresso powder and mix well. Stir through the chocolate protein powder and top with extra cocoa powder and enjoy!
- If oatmeal is too thick, add slightly more milk AFTER adding protein powder
- Oats are delicious eaten cold and can be prepped in advance
