Laura Hall authors a blog called Sprint 2 the Table that focuses on her (mostly) healthy lifestyle that is anything but mundane.  Laura seeks to prove that healthy living is not synonymous with “boring.”  She shares healthy recipes with “strange but good” flavor combinations, travel adventures, weekly tips on fitness training/nutrition, and observations as she competes as a NPC Figure Athlete.
