- 1 cup ice
- 1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla rice protein (can use vanilla pea protein)*
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 small frozen banana
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- In a high speed blender, add your ice and blend for 10-15 seconds to crush lightly.
- Add all your other ingredients and blend to desired consistency- For a thicker, frappe like texture, blend until just combined. For a smooth, melted ice-cream like texture, blend longer.
*Note: If you use the pea protein, feel free to add a tablespoon of your favorite sweetener of choice.
