- 24 pitted dates
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
- 3-4 Tbsp. roasted almond butter (with salt)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2-3 tsp. (culinary grade) green tea matcha powder
- Process dates in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add remaining ingredients until well mixed.
- Press and roll into balls (or bars).
- Store in the fridge.
