Project Description

  • Processed with VSCOcam with g3 preset1 serving Vanilla Growing Naturals Rice Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1  tablespoon white chia seed
  • ½ tablespoon molasses
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of cardamom
  • pinch of clove
  • 1 tablespoon allergy friendly granola
    [optional]

directions

Combine all ingredients, except granola, in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.  Pour into a chilled glass, top with granola, and slurp away!

Approximately (without granola): 29g protein/ 8.6g sugar/ 21g carb/ 9.6g fat/ 9.5g fiber/ 278 calories
