Ingredients:

Directions:

Run kale, collard greens, parsley, swiss chard, apples, cucumbers, and lemons through the juicer. Blend this mixture with Pea & Rice protein in a blender.  Pour and enjoy!

Version II: Everything on Fire! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch of  Kale
  • 2 Leaves of Collard Green
  • Handful of Parsley
  • 1 Leaf of Swiss Chard
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 2 Lemons
  • Handful or More of Ginger Root
  • Small Handful Turmeric Root

Directions:

Run all the ingredients through the juicer.  Get ready for the fire…enjoy 😉
