This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free.
Makes 1 approximately 16 fl. oz smoothie bowl*
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 3/4 cups frozen raspberries (unsweetened)
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk or your choice milk (can use less if you prefer a thicker smoothie bowl)
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla Premium Rice Protein powder
- 1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla Pea Protein powder
- 2 tbsp granola of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- banana slices
- Place all ingredients in a high power blender with protein powders going in last. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your choice toppings
Prefer a smoothie to sip? Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup extra milk/water for a thinner consistency.
