This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free.

Makes 1 approximately 16 fl. oz smoothie bowl*


(optional toppings)

  • 2 tbsp granola of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • banana slices
  • raspberries


  1. Place all ingredients in a high power blender with protein powders going in last. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your choice toppings

Prefer a smoothie to sip? Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup extra milk/water for a thinner consistency.
