Dark Chocolate Protein BrowniesWMKIngredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil or spray a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder.
  3. In a small bowl, mash banana and then add eggs and milk.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into large bowl and mix until you have formed a thick, fudgy batter.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and even out.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
