Cinnamon Crunch Protein MuffinsIngredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Pea Protein
  • 1 cup organic cane sugar
1 cup butter (or butter substitute)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups apples
  • 1 cup almond milk


Mix dry ingredients. 
Cream sugar and butter.
 Add dry ingredients. Slowly add milk. Once all ingredients are combined, fold in apples. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375°. Cool and top with organic sugar and cinnamon for a crunch!

Approximately (1 of 12 muffins): 8g protein/ 20g sugar/ 33g carb/ 16g fat/ 1g fiber/ 311 calories
