Ingredients
- 1.5 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein
- 1/4 C quick rolled oats
- 1/4 C pumpkin puree
- 2 T pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 T bourbon
- 2 T semi-sweet chocolate chips (use dairy-free for a vegan version)
- 2 T coconut flour
- 1 tsp pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
