Blend together:

  • 1 cup almond/coconut/flax milk
  • 1 heaping Tbs Kolat Blueberry Cinnamon Walnut spread
  • 1/2 tsp maca
  • pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1.5 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Rice Protein
  • 1/4-1/3 cup frozen blueberries and ice
  • Top with blueberries, mulberries and cinnamon.
