Berry Easy Chia PuddingIngredients:

For Pudding:

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 Cup your choice milk (I used Original almond milk)
  • 1/4 Cup your choice berries (I used mixed)
  • Honey (optional, sweeten to taste)

For Toppings:


This is a quick and easy recipe for a nutritious breakfast! Mix the ingredients for the chia pudding in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. I like to muddle the berries a bit so that the flavor gets into the pudding–a fork works well for this. Add the toppings as directed or get creative and choose your own. If you don’t have protein bars or granola, add 1-2 tbsp of your choice Growing Naturals Protein Powder into the pudding mixture.
