Project Description

Apples And Cinnamon ProatmealIngredients:

  • 1/4 Cup steel cut oats (or rolled oats work too)
  • 3/4 Cup your choice milk (I used almond Original)
  • 2 tbsp Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Rice Protein Powder
  • 1 date chopped (or your choice sweetener)
  • 1/2 medium apple chopped
  • 3-4 dashes of cinnamon (or more if you love cinnamon as much as I do)

Toppings (optional)

  • Chopped apple (a few extra pieces, or you can throw in 2/3 of the amount previously chopped and use remaining one third for topping)
  • 1 date chopped
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds


Cook the oatmeal as directed. If you like runnier oatmeal, use 1 cup of milk instead. Add the rice protein, date, apple, cinnamon in the last 2-3 minutes before the oatmeal is done cooking. Add your choice toppings.
