- 1 banana (better frozen)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used Growing Naturals Original Yellow Pea Protein)
- Crushed ice to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
