If you purchased a Growing Naturals product from our Growing Naturals store on Amazon or from growingnaturals.com, and are still unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within forty-five (45) days from your delivery date. You must arrange and pay for return shipping. You will be credited the price you paid, excluding any delivery or shipping charges.
If you purchased a Growing Naturals product from another seller on Amazon, a website other than growingnaturals.com, or a retail store, and you are not satisfied, please follow instructions from that seller’s return policy to get your refund or exchange. We are not responsible for third-party return policies, especially unauthorized sellers on Amazon. Growing Naturals has strict quality control procedures that we cannot guarantee they abide by.
It is important, especially if purchasing Growing Naturals items on Amazon that you only purchase from the seller “Growing Naturals.”

Return Instructions (Purchased from Amazon)
Product shortages or lost or damaged should be reported back to Amazon’s customer service as soon as possible. Log into the Amazon account from which the order was made, click on Account, then click on Orders. From there follow instructions to process your return.
For Product Satisfaction Returns: Email your Amazon Order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the reason you are not satisfied with the order and lot number (printed on the bottom of the canister). After verification of qualification, your Amazon account will be refunded within 5 business days.
Return Instructions (Purchased from GrowingNaturals.com)
- Within 45 days of receiving the product, email customer service at email@example.com to make arrangements before sending the product back. Include your full name, order number and a brief explanation of the return.
- Make sure to return the product in the original packaging via a shipping carrier of your choice and to include the order# or order invoice in the box, in order to receive the refund.
- If your item was received incorrect, defective or damaged, and you return it per our instructions, we’ll also refund your shipping charge. Otherwise only the product price will be refunded.
