Being the primary gateway of nutrient absorption, the integrity of the intestinal lining is vital to one’s health. While some people have no issues with gluten, others must limit or avoid gluten entirely because it can cause unfavorable side effects or even detrimental damage to the digestive tract.

Each of these recipes contains one or more of our plant protein powders which have been lab-tested to contain below 20 ppm gluten.  Added ingredients are naturally free of gluten and should be individually approved for use.
