Mushroom Soup with Brown Rice Protein Powder

Is there such thing as, “too many mushrooms”? This soup recipe turns out a bit like a dip…really thick. Could use either way.

Anna’s instructions: I fried 250g of mushrooms in a wok with 40g of red onions. When they began to seriously sizzle, I added some low-salt soy sauce and cooked till tender. Added some coconut milk and 20g of Growing Naturals’ Brown Rice Protein Powder , paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Topped it with 10ml of olive oil and, all in all, this was only 195kcals, 16.2g protein, 8.7g carbs 11.5g of fat and 2.8 fiber.
