Vanilla Protein Latte

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla rice or whey protein powder
  • ½ tsp espresso OR instant coffee powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice (can sub with a frozen banana)

Directions:

  1. In a high speed blender, placing liquids in first, combine all ingredients and blend until fully immersed.
  2. Pour into a large glass or mug and top with whipped topping (optional) and enjoy!
