Vanilla Gingerbread BitesIngredients:

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, quick oats, protein powder and spices and mix well. In a small bowl, melt the almond butter with molasses until fully combined. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Using a tablespoon, add dairy free milk until a thick batter is formed. Roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.

Optional: coat bites in a ‘vanilla’ protein frosting- 1 scoop of Growing Naturals Brown rice Protein powder mixed with cinnamon and dairy free milk.
