Ingredientsspiced banana pumpkin smoothie bowl

  • 1 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste
  • pinch of cardamom
  • 2 bananas fresh or frozen
  • Your choice plant based milk to blend (pour slowly in the blender until it is blending smoothly)**

**note the nutrients per serving in your choice milk as will will slightly change the below nutrition facts

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a good blender or food processor
  2. Top with blueberries, a handful of sesame seeds and I threw on another 1/2 tbspĀ tahini
