-1 cup/unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1 scoop/vanilla growing naturals rice protein powder

-1/2 frozen banana (frozen will make shake thicker, can be unfrozen)

-4 pitted Medjool dates

-1/4 cup pecans

-1/4 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1/8 tsp nutmeg

-ice* use only if unfrozen banana was used

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Approximately: 30g protein/ 73g sugar/ 95g carb/ 20.7g fat/ 12.5g fiber/ 636 calories (**add ice or water and split into 2 for less calories)
