  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Heat a skillet on high
  3. Place batter in the skillet and flip when necessary (usually 3 minutes + 1 minute on the other side)
  4. Top with fruit and nut butter!

Approximately: 30g protein/ 15g sugar/ 27g carb/ 14g fat/ 6g fiber/ 338 calories
