Post Workout Protein Smoothie RecipeIngredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Growing Naturals Pea Protein
  • 1 1/4 c Bai Molokai Coconut beverage
  • Handful of Power Greens
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c Blackberries
  • 1 T Manitoba Hemp Hearts
  • Spoonful of Nuttzo

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend away.
  2. Pour into a mason jar or your favorite glass and top with Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts.
  3. Enjoy, happy training and GOOD LUCK!

Approximately: 24g protein/ 16g sugar/ 40g carb/ 15g fat/ 6.3g fiber/ 344 calories
