  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop  Growing Naturals vanilla rice protein
  • 1/2 frozen banana (frozen will make shake thicker, can be unfrozen)
  • 2-4 pitted Medjool dates (depending on the sweetness wanted)
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • ice* use only if unfrozen banana was used

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth
