iced-vanilla-cinnamon-frappe with proteinIngredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla rice protein (can use vanilla pea protein)*
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. In a high speed blender, add your ice and blend for 10-15 seconds to crush lightly.
  2. Add all your other ingredients and blend to desired consistency- For a thicker, frappe like texture, blend until just combined. For a smooth, melted ice-cream like texture, blend longer.

*Note: If you use the pea protein, feel free to add a tablespoon of your favorite sweetener of choice.
