chocolate mint - kathleen uhranIngredients:

  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1/2 c skim milk + 1/2 c water + ice cubes
  • 1 c blackberries + raspberries
  • 1 scoop chocolate Growing Naturals Rice Protein
  • 2 drops of mint extract
  • 1/2 c Kirkland Trail Mix Granola

Directions:

*Throw all ingredients (except for the granola) into your blender and then top with granola! With this recipe you can use any fruit or milk of choice. If you don’t have granola, you could add 1/2 avocado or a tablespoon of peanut butter for some healthy fats.

Approximately: 35g protein/ 28g sugar/ 51g carb/ 14g fat/ 12g fiber/ 468 calories
