Chunky Monkey Protein ShakeIngredients:

  • 1 scoop of Growing Naturals Vanilla or Chocolate Rice Protein Powder
  • 
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder (use if you are using a vanilla or unflavored protein or want more of a chocolaty smoothie)
  • 
1 T of walnuts
  • 
1 T of non dairy chocolate chips
  • 1 peeled banana (preferably frozen)
  • 
1 tsp of vanilla flavor
  • 
8 oz of non dairy milk
  • 
1/4 cup of ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend well, top with more chocolate chips and walnuts if desired and enjoy!
