Growing Naturals Chocolate Power Protein Pancake

Makes 1 large pancake (double or triple recipe to make additional servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop chocolate rice or whey protein powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Splash of water
  • Dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Toppings (optional): fresh fruit and nut butter of choice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in the fridge for 15-30 minutes
  2. Heat up a pan to medium/hot
  3. Place batter into pan and flip when necessary
  4. Top with toppings of your choice
