Chocolate Matcha Chia PuddingServes 2

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a container and stir to mix.
  2. Allow to sit for 3 hours or ideally overnight to thicken.  I like to stir mine after an hour or so to make sure everything is well distributed.

Serve with fruit of choice.  I served mine with strawberries.  A dusting of coconut would be delicious too!

Approximately (per serving): 17g protein/ 6g sugar/ 18.5g carb/ 8g fat/ 11g fiber/ 225 calories
