Project Description

Ingredients:

  • 1 can rinsed and drained chick peas
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1/4 c coconut sugar
  • 2 T maple agave 1/4 c spelt flour
  • 1/4 c coconut flour
  • 1/2 c Growing Naturals Pea Protein
  • 3T powdered peanut butter
  • 2 T water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 /3 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 c chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Blend all ingredients til smooth.
  3. Fold in chips.
  4. Spray 8 X 8 in pan.
  5. Put batter in pan and add additional chips for decoration.
  6. Bake 40 min or so til toothpick comes out clean.
