Chocolate-Blueberry-Superfood-Protein-Shake

Blend together:

  • 1 cup chocolate coconut milk
  • 1/2-1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaping Tbs Kolat Blueberry Cinnamon Walnut butter (or plain almond butter)
  • 1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Rice Protein
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Additional cacao if desired (1-2 Tbs)
  • Ice

Approximately (without added cacao): 35g pro/ 34g sugar/ 63g carb/ 24g fat/ 10.8g fiber/ 571 calories
