cherry coconut crunch smoothie bowlCherries are loaded with a variety of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals (i.e. super good for you and your health), which is why they’re the star of this decadent smoothie bowl. Plus they pair so nicely with yummy coconut 🙂

This recipe is vegan, dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free.

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

Toppings – this is the crunch part 🙂 

  • 1/4 cup your choice granola
  • 1-2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened shredded or flaked coconut
  • handful of fresh or frozen cherries

Directions

Place all ingredients (except protein powders) in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Then add protein powder and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Pour in a bowl and top with toppings!
