Project Description

Brittany Trentham

Wellness and Natural Lifestyle Expert

MEd, RDH, CHES

Brittany will tell you that she is first and foremost a wife and a mommy. “I love my boys!  My husband and I grew up and went to college in East Tennessee, but now we call Louisville, Kentucky home.”

Brittany works part time as a dental hygienist while pursuing her passion for helping others as a health and nutrition coach.  “I never worried about food or nutrition until later in life when I started having health problems.  After finding out I have a gluten allergy, I was on a mission to learn as much as I could about nutrition and health.  I went back to school and got my master’s degree in Community Health and became a Certified Health Education Specialist.” Brittany is also certified as a personal trainer through NASM.

“I love working with anyone on making health changes, whether that is eating healthier or working out.  I specialize in food allergies, gluten free, women’s health, and hormone health. Other than nutrition, I love to travel, lift weights, cook, and watch movies… on the couch with my boys!”

I love how clean and smooth Growing Naturals rice and pea proteins are. They are a staple in our house! I also recommend it to my clients because it is Vegan, gluten free and has minimal ingredients.
