Project Description
Smoothies are an easy and delicious way to pack lots of nutrients–but sometimes I do miss chewing my breakfast. I think that’s why smoothie bowls were invented–to get the best of both worlds! This vegan smoothie bowl is packed with protein and other plant-based goodies to please your tastebuds, nourish your body and kick start your day!
Ingredients
- 1/2 a medium frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup cherries without pits (or your choice other berry)
- 1 cup unsweetened Original Almond milk (or your choice milk)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (could substitute with PB2 or coconut oil)
- 1/2 scoop Growing Naturals vanilla pea protein
- 1/2 scoop Growing Naturals chocolate pea protein
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)

Toppings (optional):
- 1-2 tbsp your choice granola
- 1/2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconut
- few fresh blueberries
- half a kiwi
Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender (adding protein powders last) and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings. Enjoy!
