Ann Boroch

Wellness and Natural Lifestyle Expert

Quintessential Healing, Inc.
C.N.C., Naturopath

Ann Boroch, CNC, healed herself of multiple sclerosis (MS) and has been symptom free for 20 years.  She brings her personal experience and 16 years of private practice to help others recapture their health and vitality.  As a nutritional consultant, naturopath, educator, award-winning author, and inspirational speaker, Ann Boroch is passionate about helping people realize that the body has an innate intelligence that allows it to heal itself. She firmly believes that with choice and diligence, each of us has the power to overcome any challenge.

“Your body is far more intelligent than science will ever catch up to,” says Ann. “It has not forgotten how to heal. You just need to create the right environment for a long enough period of time to remove inflammation and infection.”

After healing herself of MS, it was clear to Ann that her mission and passion was to educate others about how to heal. Ann became trained in several healing disciplines. She is a graduate of the International Society of Naturopathy, the American Association of Nutritional Consultants, the Holmes Center for Hypnotherapy, and Bernard Jensen’s International Iridology Practitioners Association.

The Candida Cure CookbookIn her practice, Ann has a knack for taking complex conditions and simplifying them by getting to the root causes. She specializes in allergies, autoimmune diseases, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, hypoglycemia, weight loss, depression/anxiety, and is an expert on the silent epidemic, candida.

Ann’s personal experience in overcoming health challenges as well as her years of success in helping clients led her to write three books – up-to-date resources that teach the essentials of healing and healthy living. Don’t miss Ann’s breakthrough new book—The Candida Cure Cookbook. The recipes are all sugar-free, gluten-free, yeast-free, and dairy free. Available March 15, 2016.
