Have a Healthy Breakfast

No matter how busy you get this holiday season don’t forget a healthy breakfast and a workout. When I am in a hurry I grab a Growing Naturals Rice Protein chocolate packet, blend it with Soy or Almond Milk and some peppermint extract. Nice little holiday treat and I am getting my protein in the morning.

If I feel too busy to make time to workout I remind myself that anything is better than nothing. Just get out and get moving, even if it’s only for 15 minutes. Chances are once you get started you will want to keep going. So don’t pressure yourself into thinking you have to go to the gym for an hour. Just go.
